 21 May 2023 By: Zarith Sofia Binti Shafarizal        2023168109 WEEK 8 (WEEDING MANAGEMENT, FERTILIZER AND PREPARATION FOR STAKE) 19May2023 ACTIVITIES After 2 weeks of doing the transplanting, we can see that the weed are starting growth on our bed plant. There had 3 type of weed type such as Grasses, Sedge, Broadleaf. What can I  see on my bed plant, there had a Grasses and Sedge. To prevent it from growth fully on my bed I've starting to remove it by using my hand. If I did not remove the weed, it might be affected on my plants because they will absorb the nutrient from the soil and also might competition for water and light. After than that, we're doing the stake preparation for the long bean by using the tree branch that we get from the tree around us .The height of the stake is about 2meters.  14 May 2023 By: Zarith Sofia Binti Shafarizal        2023168109 WEEK 7 ( MULCHING AND COSTING ) 9 May - 12 May 2023 In this week after doing the transplant, we starting with briefing from our lecturer about how to doing the mulching and we also started doing the mulching for our plant since the plant are still tiny. We doing the mulching by using the palm branch. At first we only use two pcs of palm branch for covered the plant. After 3-4 days, we changed it to the whole palm branch since the plant are slowly growth. The function of the mulching is to prevent the direct sun, avoid pest and weed and also to avoid the soil being too dry. There had two type of mulching. The first one is the nature type that using palm branch and the other type is the original type that using silvershine plastic.We also watering our plant everyday in twice to make sure the plant get an enough water so it can growth easily.  8 May 2023 By Zarith Sofia Binti Shafarizal       2023168109 WEEK 6 (TRANSPLANTING AND MAINDRAINAGE AND FIELD DRAINAGE) 1 may-8may 2023 Activities On week 5, we didn't had any class because all of us are having eidulfitri celebration. After all of us are came back into the college, it was in week 6. For this week, We continued with doing the main drainage and field drainage. Its function to prevent the water logging when the day are having heavy rain. After that, we are having a few problems which is only 30% of the seeds that we germinate before the holiday are a live and the rest of the seeds are dead. It is because the seeds didn't get enough water and also has been exposed to the sun directly. We tried to replant a new seeds and it took 3 weeks late from the day we do it. For the seeds that has been successfully germinate, we started to transplant on our plant bed. For my class, we choose long bean ( Vigna unguiculata spp. sesquipedalis )  and okra ( Abelm...
